1. 1 year working experience in receptionist, office assistant
1年以上前台接待、文员、助理等相关工作经验
2. Diploma and above level, major in Secretarial or Chinese

Receive all incoming calls in a courteous and friendly manner, responsible for accurate connection

1. Prepares requisitions for general and other supplies forapproval of Supervisor; Obtains requested items from storeroom.

2. Receives Captain orders from the Order taker; Sets tray ortrolley and all necessary equipment/condiments in accordance to the requirementof the orders.

3. Picks up the order from kitchen and places on trays ortrolley as per standard stipulated in the Operating Manual; supervisor todouble check orders.

4. Accomplishes clearing procedures :Pick up trays or trolleys from rooms as instructed, Sortsdirty dishes from the trolley to the dish washing area. Clean all trays.

5. Cleans and polishes Room Service Glassware, China ware andflatware.
