职位职能:  行政专员/助理  行程管理/操作
职位描述:
PURPOSE OF THIS FUNCTION:
-Provide a high level of service during the assigned office hours in travel related issues
-Ensure efficient traveling with low cost
Support travel related communication between IKEA staff and external vender

ASSIGNMENTS: (main responsibilities) maximum 10 points
-Provide travel booking service and be a consultant for IKEA travellers
oHotel reservation
oTravel tickets (air, ferry, train, etc.,)
oCar rental
oPick up service
-Ensure a high level service from nominated Travel agents
-Meet nominated Travel agents to discuss/share needs/frustrations (on periodic basis)
-Review the market to obtain best possible service and price (quotations rounds on periodic basis)
-Follow the set internal rules & guidelines for travel bookings
-Coordinate car bookings according to set policy
-Support Virtual meeting, incl. Phone/Web/video, and arrange onsite training periodically
-Guide IKEA staff for Online booking system usage

COMPETENCE:
Knowledge
-University degree (English &/or Economics) or equivalent in working experience
-Be interested in the meeting & travel service & deep understanding of the travel business
-Working experience of car, group, hotel or relevant areas
-High knowledge of PC applications e.g. MS Office
-Fluent in English (in written and oral)
