FairPro Consulting was setup in 2007 focusing on providing business valuation, financial modeling and related services for financial reporting, M&A, corporate project purposes.
The company was established by big 4 valuation specialist with extensive experience in the financial advisory field. Clients served are mainly oversea listed companies such as HomeInns, Minth Group, Lonking, etc. well-known listed companies.
Currently, FairPro is seeking a candidate who have great passion in the business valuation field and client service oriented attitude to help the company grow stronger in mainland China. We are targeting to help you be successful and professional in your career development process.
The compensation will be minimum pay plus performance bonus.
Responsibility:
1.Research industry information from different databases;
2.Search company field investigation;
3.Data sorting and mining, other statistics work;
4.Draft report;
5.Interact with big 4 auditors;
6.Communicate with client to perform due diligence work;
7.Other related work.
Requirement:
1.Good English, CET-6 over 550;
2.Major in finance, mathematics, economics or statistics;
3.Efficient user of MS office, especially Excel and Word;
4.Good working attitude, willing to learn, responsible and diligent;
5.Hard- working, and very careful when faced with a lot of data.
6.CICPA or CFA level I or II is preferred
