The role:
对现有及潜在的投资标的进行尽职调查
1.1.Responsibility for Financial due diligence on target investments at different stages
对处在不同投资阶段的投资项目进行财务尽职调查
1.2.Second point of contact during Initial and Confirmation due diligence stages
作为运营团队的一员协助整个团队完成相关尽职调查
2.Assignment of Portfolio Companies to drive Operations, Monitoring and Value Creation负责已投资企业的运营、监督及企业价值提升
2.1.Responsibility to obtain financials and all data required for reporting.
负责收集企业财务数据及其他与业绩运营报告相关的数据资料
与已投企业的内部财务管理人员建立良好的工作合作关系，以此保证云月在企业内部财务管理有直接的参与权及监控权
2.3.Analysis of the financials and benchmarking of performance.
负责对企业财务状况及运营业绩进行分析
2.4.Assistance in enhancing and improving the finance function where required.
对企业财务部门工作的提升及改进提供协助
2.5.Frequent visits to assigned companies and obtain operational info
Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ working experience in a big 4 accounting firm is preferred

- Undergraduate degree in finance/economics or related fields.

- Strong interpersonal skills
