Responsibilities:

Responsible for Account Receivable sub-ledger maintenance, prepare adjustments entries when required;

Follow up on overdue balances, find out potential risk in missing collection of income from customers;

Work with GL Accountant on revenue recognition;

Responsible for Account Receivable report update and maintenance in accordance with Group Accounting Menu;

To be the first point of contact for third party suppliers, the customer and local entities for any payment, billing, management information and reporting queries and disputes;

Assist GL Accountant for monthly and annual year-end closing for all statutory and management reporting in accordance with closing schedule;

To implement and manage any system changes or enhancements that is identified by best practise;



Requirements:

College graduate and above, major in accounting and finance or auditing;

2-3 years relevant experience;

Good PC Skills in using excel and word;

Good command of written and spoken English;

Good communication skill and with team spirit;

Open-minded, rational thinking, co-operate and problem solving;
