TEC Hospitality Operation
SUMMARY
Lead the service support team and spare part team to build an efficient and well organized back office process in order to support service manager and operational team. Build and maintain good communication with key service customers to support service manager and increase customer satisfaction rate by establishing best service practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the sales support team and spare parts team by enhance processes and manage performance KPIs
Build and maintain an efficient and well controlled Call to Cash process. From work order arrangement to billing
Manage the reporting, expense, billing and work order entry progress, and inventory management
Build and maintain good communication with key service customers to support service manager and increase customer satisfaction rate by establishing best service practice;
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and above;
Major in Business Administration is plus;
Process-oriented and experience with back office management;
Good written and oral communication skill in both Chinese and English;
Strong communication and team management skills;
Results-oriented and proactive; Strong interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in computer operation e.g., MS Word, Excel, PPT
5+ years of internal control or business process reengineering experience
